Aged care centre Brisbane City Council has given the green light for an aged care facility at Nundah. City Planning chairman Julian Simmonds said the council approved the application by Lutheran Church of Australia Queensland District for a retirement facility at 19, 23 and 25 Union St. The proposal was for 52 units across eight storeys.

Office investment Sydney-based Centuria Property Funds has snapped up an office building at Nundah in what was the second largest office deal of the year in Brisbane. Centuria paid $106.25 million for the A-grade building at 1231 Sandgate Rd, Nundah. The building was owned by Growthpoint and developed by Property Solutions as stage two of its Circa Nundah Village project.

Licence to turnCouncil is planning to install right turn lanes on Webster Rd southbound at Koolewong St and northbound at Scott St, to be completed this financial year.
