Centuria understands that it is increasingly important for businesses, managers, shareholders, investors and employees to be aware that economic growth is linked to social and environmental well-being. As such, Centuria is committed, to fostering positive relationships with the society in which we operate and to make a positive contribution to the community.
We have therefore, introduced an Employee Volunteering Program. The aim of the program is to provide volunteering opportunities for staff to enhance skills and raise awareness of the challenges faced by charities and community organisations. Through our volunteering activities we also hope to increase the profiles of the organisations we work with and help them provide an increased service to the community.
In 2011 we launched our Employee Volunteering Program when we partnered with St Lucy’s School in Wahroonga.
