Australian Technology Park, is a vibrant business hub located just 3.3 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD and adjacent to Redfern Railway Station, which provides excellent public transportation connectivity. The Park will be subject to the addition of a large office development for Commonwealth Bank of Australia comprising ~95,000 sqm which will also include retail amenity such as food and beverage offerings, gyms and child care facilities.
The Fund assets include three commercial office buildings totaling 19,922 sqm occupied by a diverse group of tenants covering several industry sectors and government organisational groups.
The Fund generated a total return to investors of 30.27% during FY17.
