Online Application

The Online Application process is available to Australian Investors only and is NOT available to international investors.

1. Download and read the Centuria Diversified Property Fund PDS
2. Complete the online application
3. Follow the instructions.

OR

Postal Application

1. A hard copy PDS will be posted to the address you provided if requested
2. Complete the Application Form in Appendix 1 of the PDS
3. Post your Application Form and required identification documents (if any) to Centuria Investor Services
4. Make payment as set out in the PDS.
