Centuria fund receives prestigious award

We are delighted to announce that the Centuria 203 Pacific Highway Fund (Fund) has received the prestigious Unlisted Property Fund of the Year 2016 award from Property Investment Research (PIR), Australia’s leading provider of property funds research and analysis.

The Fund is a closed-ended, single asset property syndicate. It is a 50% leasehold of an A-grade office building located prominently in The Forum, the heart of the St Leonards business district, five kilometres north of the Sydney CBD. The remaining 50% leasehold is held by the Centuria Metropolitan REIT (CMA).

This is the second year running (third overall) Centuria has won the coveted Unlisted Property Fund award, with the two previous awards going to the Centuria 8 Central Avenue Fund No.2 (2015) and the Centuria 19 Corporate Fund (2013).

This is an exceptional result for Centuria and our investors and reinforces our view on the Sydney and North Shore office markets.
