Proposed new energy efficient development for Centuria Industrial REIT

Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) purchased a 2.4ha site in June 2020, expanding CIP’s holding within the precinct. There is a DA in place to build c.10,200sqm modern warehouse facility with an anticipated end value of $17.5m.

As part of the development of the property, Centuria are assessing opportunities to deliver design outcomes to a Green Star standard.
