Energy efficient development for Centuria Industrial REIT

Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) purchased a 2.4ha site in June 2020, expanding CIP’s holding within the precinct. CIP is currently developing a 5-Star Green Star – Design & As-Built v1.3 Industrial Warehouse Facility in the Citiswitch Estate, Bundamba QLD.

The 10,250m2 purpose built industrial warehouse is being developed in line with Centuria’s corporate commitment to pursue efficient and sustainable asset management for future developments.
