Centuria has delivered, and is delivering with its partners several office developments including Williams Landing in Melbourne, Sterling Centre in Perth and a new CBD fringe office development in Brisbane.
Taking advantage of Adelaide’s ‘Laneway’ culture, Centuria is developing ’57 Wyatt’, a boutique office development offering A-Grade amenity and floor space. The development is currently underway and is slated to be a 5-star Green star – Design & As-built v1.3 commercial building consisting of 6 floors of office space, associated end of trip facilities, rooftop garden and an onsite retail tenancy. This sustainable development benefits from the growing Adelaide economic environment as shown through a pre-commitment of 55% for office space to A Grade tenants prior to development commencing.
Centuria was able to work closely with the previous landowner with whom it has a long standing relationship to unlock the site value. Centuria Developments achieved a beneficial Development Approval by working closely with the unlisted Centuria 80 Flinders Street Fund, which holds two neighbouring assets in 80 Flinders Street and 61 Wyatt Street car park. By holding all three assets, Centuria is able to better control the development outcomes from the site and maximise returns. The focus now is on delivering the development and securing the remaining leases with the view to transfer the stabilised asset into its growing funds management platform.
Target Completion: November 2022
Stirling Centre is a $17 million, 4,500 square metre A-grade commercial office development situated in Bunbury, WA. Centuria is developing the building for Services Australia to anchor on a 100% lease pre-commitment.
The development will sit within one of Centuria’s funds, with completion due in August 2022. Centuria own the adjoining land which could be used for future redevelopment to compliment the office uses, or an alternate use such as Healthcare.
