1. Download and read the Centuria LifeGoals Investment Bond, Child Plan and Education Bond PDS you have been sent
2. Complete your application via the online application.
3. Follow the instructions.

Postal application:

1. Download and read the Centuria LifeGoals Investment Bond, Child Plan and Education Bond PDS you have been sent
2. Complete the application form within the PDS
3. Post your application form and required identification documents (if any) to Centuria Investor Services
4. Make payment as set out in the PDS.
