The Centuria Healthcare Property Fund (Fund, CHPF) has a focus on acquiring and managing direct healthcare property assets, backed by quality tenants and long term leases. The Fund aims to provide investors with stable income returns and the potential for capital growth by investing in properties in the healthcare sector underpinned by a range of reputable healthcare operators.

The Fund is an open ended, daily priced direct commercial healthcare property fund with a minimum investment of $10,000. To ensure the Fund stays within its target asset allocation ranges, the manager will open periodically to applications. Please contact your Distribution Manager for the next opening or refer to the current status listed below.
