At Centuria, we use our broad expertise across multiple sectors of Australia’s commercial property market to bring investors a diverse mix of property funds.

 

Since we first began investing in commercial property in the late 1990s, we have grown significantly through a combination of organic growth and the acquisition of specialist property firms.

Today, our expertise spans a broad range of sectors including office, industrial, retail, healthcare, agriculture and real estate debt.

This allows us to offer investors a wide range of investment options across different sectors, geographies and strategies to match the interests of individual investors.

Our property investments

Listed property funds

We offer two of Australia’s largest domestic pure-play listed property funds that are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX):

  • Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP)
  • Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF)

Listed property funds, otherwise known as real estate investment trusts (REITs), give investors a highly liquid way of gaining exposure to property. Learn more about our listed property funds.

Unlisted open-ended funds

We offer three unlisted, open-ended property funds that have a $10,000 investment minimum:

  • Centuria Agriculture Fund
  • Centuria Healthcare Property Fund
  • Centuria Diversified Property Fund

Each of these funds invest in a diversified portfolio of properties and offer investors the opportunity to earn regular income together with the potential for capital growth. They also offer quarterly limited liquidity which may provide some opportunity outside of the formal five-year liquidity cycles for investors to redeem. Unlisted closed-ended funds

At various times throughout the year, we offer a range of unlisted, closed-ended property funds.

These funds typically invest in a single, high-quality property asset, run for a fixed term of around 5 to 7 years, and offer investors the opportunity to earn regular income together with the potential for capital growth. Learn more about our unlisted property funds.

Real estate debt

We offer an open-ended credit fund with a minimum investment amount of $100,000:

  • Centuria Bass Credit Fund.

This Fund gives investors the opportunity to earn attractive income returns by investing in a diversified mix of first ranking, commercial real estate debt transactions.
