Centuria’s first affordable housing project tops-out

On Friday 14 August, Centuria’s development team joined Newcastle City Council’s Deputy Mayor, Declan Clausen, and award-winning Newcastle builders, Mars Building, to celebrate the topping out of the city’s newest affordable housing project in Mayfield. The development will be the first of four affordable housing projects Centuria is set to deliver for NSW Central Coast and Newcastle communities,

Centuria Announces Board Changes

Centuria has announced the appointment of Natalie Collins to the Boards of Centuria Property Funds No. 2 Limited (CPF2L), Centuria Life Limited (CLL) and Over Fifty Guardian Friendly. Roger Dobson has also been announced as the new Chairman of CPF2L. The appointments coincide with the reorganisation of several boards including: CPF2L is the Responsible Entity of Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP) Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL) is the Responsible Entity of Centuria Office REIT (ASX: COF).

Centuria Healthcare opens first Dementia Care Residence

In June, Centuria’s healthcare and development teams delivered a dementia care residence in Wahroonga, run by the trusted Group Homes Australia. This innovative five-bedroom, sprawling house redefines the concept of aged living. Residents are living independently in a typical suburban setting, with an onsite ‘home-maker’ who’s able to assist with any needs. Centuria Enters Social and Affordable Housing Market

Centuria has partnered with Compass Housing and Tetris Capital as part of the Commonwealth Government’s National and Affordable Housing Agreement and the NSW State Government’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund to source, develop and deliver 192 dwellings across four separate properties1 throughout the Hunter and Central Coast regions. Centuria has agreed to contribute circa $20 million of equity towards the partnership.

Centuria raises $80K for kids in need

Centuria’s annual Trivia Night has exceeded expectations this year, raising more than $80,000 for St Lucy’s School for students with disabilities last night. Nearly 200 agents, business partners, suppliers and other associates packed KPMG’s offices on Thursday 28 June for a night of fun and generosity. Whilst competition was hot for the coveted trivia crown, the big winner was St Lucy’s School with attendees digging deep to support this worthy establishment.
