Centuria’s corporate governance framework integrates ESG measures which aim to help create an effective and ethical culture, which plays an integral role in supporting our business and helping it deliver on its strategy.

The Centuria Capital Board is responsible for approving Centuria’s sustainability framework and overseeing its implementation. Policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and updated in consideration of relevant regulatory changes.
