We also offer investors greater flexibility by providing a quarterly limited liquidity facility in our open-ended funds. While this may provide investors with improved liquidity relative to closed-ended funds, property investments should still be viewed as a long-term investment.

Unlisted property funds
These funds are an easy way to invest in a professionally managed property fund and earn attractive risk-adjusted returns. At Centuria, we offer a range of options across different sectors, including office, retail, industrial, agriculture and healthcare. Our funds may invest in a single property or multiple properties and have an open-ended or fixed term structure.

Real estate debt funds
These funds offer attractive income returns and downside capital protection as loans are typically secured by first ranking mortgages over real property. Centuria’s real estate debt funds are currently open to wholesale investors only.

Listed property funds
These funds provide a highly liquid way of gaining exposure to multiple commercial property assets. At Centuria, we offer two of Australia’s largest domestic pure-play listed property funds (A-REITs): the Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) and the Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF).
