1. The recent merger of the fund with the Primewest Property for Income Fund has required us to reissue the APIR code from the previous CNT0032AU to the new APIR CNT9370AU. This will impact on past performance and platform reporting.
2. Weighted by gross income.
3. The NABERS rating is for Energy and applies to the Fund’s office assets only. The Fund’s industrial and social infrastructure assets are not subject to rating.
