You are now leaving Centuria Australia
and entering Centuria New Zealand.
Our investors are paramount to Centuria’s success and are part of our community, which is why we host annual events across Australia and New Zealand to engage face-to-face, share industry knowledge and provide market updates.
During September, our annual Property Circle roadshow was held across Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney with a more than 630 investors attending. Each city received a panel of senior Centuria colleagues in addition to guest speakers including:
Ben Harrop, Centuria Head of Distribution, commented, “Each year we build on the success of these investor engagement events. In the past five years, the economy has been impacted by the black swan event that was the pandemic but we are now seeing an inflection point in the markets with strong opportunities coming to the fore. Falling interest rates, improving leasing activities, and an increased volume of transactional activity are contributing to compelling real estate investment opportunities.
“It was a pleasure to meet with so many of our investors – both familiar faces and those new to the Centuria fold. While we communicate regularly, there is nothing quite like sitting down, in person, to talk about the industry and appetite for investment.”
Across the Tasman, more than 450 investors attended Centuria NZ’s annual meetings during 28-29 August. The two-day event, hosted at The Devon Hotel in New Plymouth, detailed the performance of 30 unlisted funds in addition to the funds’ future strategies.
Matthew Butt, Centuria NZ Head of Investor Relations & Communications, said, “Annual meetings are a key date on the Investor Relations calendar, providing an opportunity for the Centuria team to engage with investors face-to-face and answer questions on fund performance and future strategies.
“The occasion also has a strong social element, with an informal evening event where attendees can mingle with Centuria team members, as well as fellow investors visiting from across the country. Investors are the backbone of our business, and we know that many of them look forward to attending these events every year – we are committed to making it an enjoyable and worthwhile experience for all involved.”
Centuria continues to prioritise investor engagement as part of its sustainability framework.
