Our asset management team are experts when it comes to leasing, management of property assets and direct tenant relationships.
Undertaking these activities in-house, gives us a deeper understanding of our property assets and our tenants. This, in turn, allows us to maximise value for investors throughout the process of acquiring, upgrading, leasing and, ultimately, divesting property assets.
Quality, creditworthy tenants are one of the of the most valuable assets in any property portfolio, as it helps ensure our funds can deliver consistent income returns.
This is why targeting quality tenants and keeping our properties full has always been at the core of Centuria’s investment strategy. And it’s a strategy that has paid off for our investors. Our tenants include government departments, multinational corporations and listed entities, and we’ve maintained high occupancy rates of 96.1% averaged across all funds managed by Centuria as at 31 December 2024.
