Centuria Funds Management Limited as trustee of Centuria Capital No. 2 Fund (Issuer), a 100% owned subsidiary of Australian ASX-listed specialist investment manager Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI), invites you to consider the opportunity to invest in an offer of secured redeemable notes (Notes) which will be listed on the ASX as a debt instrument (ASX:C2FHA).
The Notes will pay quarterly interest, with a margin of 4.25% p.a. plus BBSW, and will have a term of five years. The Notes will be secured against a pool of high-quality assets owned by the Issuer, including interests held in the ASX-listed Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) and Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF), and will be guaranteed by Centuria Capital Limited.
