Centuria’s Development team has extensive and award winning experience in successfully completing structured property developments that provide attractive returns to our investors.

Our developments span sectors ranging from Commercial Office, Industrial and Health through to Affordable Housing and Residential Mixed Use and provide our investors with the opportunity to gain direct access to these investment opportunities through our property funds platform. Many of our developments are in joint ventures and partnerships with tenants, service providers, land owners and developers, government and not-for-profit agencies.

Centuria has also successfully completed a multitude of development debt funds, allowing its investors access to senior and mezzanine debt opportunities that meet the varied objectives of its diverse investor base. Centuria’s experienced team ensure we are driving the right outcomes for our investors whilst maintaining a disciplined approach to development and investment management.

Affordable Housing

Four projects are currently being developed that fall under the NSW Government’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) program, operated by the Federal Government (Department of Communities and Justice), and under a grant structure that has been secured through competitive tender by one of Australia’s largest social and affordable housing providers. Centuria is acting in the capacity of Developer for each of the projects and has mitigated any risk by securing take out payments up front, for each project.
