Bundamba industrial warehouse development
On behalf of ASX-200 Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP), Centuria has developed a 5-Star Green Star – Design & As-Built v1.3 Industrial Warehouse Facility located at 42 Hoepner Road, Bundamba Queensland. This sustainable development is situated within the well-connected Brisbane-Ipswich logistics corridor, at the Citiswich Business Park.
The 10,250m2 purpose built industrial warehouse has been developed in line with Centuria’s corporate commitment to pursue efficient and sustainable asset management for future developments and provides:
- 11 metre clearance
- Four recessed loading docks
- 13 on-grade roller shutter doors
- 50 metre concrete hardstand with B-double access
- 600sqm office space.
The development is aimed to meet the growing demand for distribution centres in Queensland. The project was completed June 2021.
