Internship program

Each year, Centuria’s offices in Sydney and Perth provide the opportunity for final year university students to gain valuable experience and industry exposure across a number of key property and investment disciplines including Asset Management, Valuations, Distribution, Transactions, Property Development and Funds Management.

Majors could include Property Investment and Development, Property Valuation, Investment and Finance, Business, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Math, Science and Technology.

Applications for the 2027 Sydney Internship opportunity are now open. Interviews with shortlisted candidates will commence in late July 2026.

The Perth Internship opportunity is not yet open.

As part of the Centuria internship opportunity, we structure a rotation through the key parts of the Centuria business operations, which will provide exposure to a diverse range of valuable learning opportunities and exposure to practical applications of your chosen university pathway.
