Why register for Centuria Investor?

The Centuria Investor portal makes it easy for you to manage your investments with Centuria in one convenient location. By registering for Centuria Investor, you can:

  • View portfolio details (current holdings, value of your investment, transaction view, payment history).
  • Manage your payment instructions (including banking information, distribution reinvestment plans or savings plans).
  • Access online statements and advices.
  • Update your contact information.
  • Add linked investors – view and manage the administration of multiple holdings within a single login.
  • Cast direct proxy votes online.

How do I register for Centuria Investor?

Step 1: Visit www.centuriainvestor.com.au and click ‘Register now’.

Step 2: Enter your details into the boxes shown.

  • The details you need to enter can be found on a statement or other product communication you have received from us in relation to your investment.
  • If you cannot find your details, contact our Investor Services Team for assistance by calling 1800 182 257.

Step 3: Click ‘Register’.

Step 4: Elect a method of multi-factor authentication (SMS or email).

Step 5: Click ‘Validate’.

What if I don’t want to register?


If you do not want to register for Centuria Investor, you can login using the Individual Investment Access method.

This method gives you read-only access to statements and other historical information for a single asset only. You cannot change your personal details, banking information or communication preferences if you login using the Individual Investment Access method.

How do I use the Individual investment access method?


Step 1: Visit www.centuriainvestor.com.au and click ‘Individual investment access’.

Step 2: Enter your details into the boxes shown.

  • The details you need to enter can be found on a statement or other product communication you have received from us in relation to your investment.
  • If you cannot find your details, contact our Investor Services Team for assistance by calling 1800 182 257.

Step 3: Click ‘Validate’.

Can I see all my investment holdings in one place?

If you already have a Centuria Investor account and your new or additional holding is registered with the same details, the holding will automatically be available the next time you log in.

If your registration details are different, you can add the holding by going to the ‘My Details’ menu option and selecting ‘Linked Investors’.
