Centuria Capital Group is the manager of CIP, positioning the A-REIT as Australia’s largest listed, domestic pure-play industrial REIT with a portfolio of 87 high-quality industrial assets worth $3.8 billion, with a significant weighting to urban infill industrial markets across Australia. CIP is overseen by a hands-on, active manager and provides investors with income and an opportunity for capital growth from a portfolio of high quality industrial assets.
