Activate Perth collaboration

Centuria is pleased to collaborate with Activate Perth – a not-for-profit organisation that transforms underutilised spaces into thriving, dynamic hubs that benefit businesses, artists, and the wider community.

Activate Perth’s #FillThisSpace program activates building vacancies by connecting creatives, start-ups and entrepreneurs with available retail spaces, giving innovators a chance to trial their business concept with minimal risk.

Recently we collaborated with renowned artist, Peter Kendall, at our One Eleven St George Terrace office building, which had surplus ground-level retail space. This unit was transformed into Peter’s vibrant pop-up gallery and creative studio. The space provided Peter with a high-visibility location to showcase and sell his work while also enriching the precinct with artistic energy—enhancing the experience for office tenants, local businesses, and passersby.

Partnering with Activate Perth aligns with Centuria’s sustainability framework by creating shared value with our customers and community. The collaboration underscores our dedication to creating value for both our tenants and the wider community.
