Enhanced online experience for investors and advisers

Centuria Life is committed to investing in technology to benefit our investors and advisers and has recently upgraded our online user capability.

New online application and verification system

After a 12 month planning and implementation process, Centuria Life has launched our enhanced online application process making it easier to invest in Centuria LifeGoals.

In addition to this, for Anti Money Laundering and Identification purposes, identification can be verified instantly online, through our Green ID initiative.

Paperless online switching

Investors can log in to centuriainvestor.com.au to independently complete an online switch.

Alternatively, investors can authorise their adviser to be able to make switch requests on their behalf.

Centuria Adviser portal upgrade

 The Centuria Adviser portal has been updated based on feedback received from advisers and their support staff and was launched in December 2020. Centuria Adviser key features include:

  • Quick and easy access to your investor’s investment portfolio, transaction and payment history
  • Real time reports at your fingertips
  • Ability to download investors’ distribution and annual tax statements, as well as bulk document download capabilities
  • Ability to view the offer application status of your investors, and
  • Ability to view adviser service fees and investment summary.

X-Plan Integration

The full range of Centuria LifeGoals investment options are now linked into Xplan for client reporting. For Xplan users, we can provide data feeds for all our unlisted property funds and investment bonds investment options. To arrange access, simply contact enquiries@centuria.com.au with the following details:

  • Dealer Group
  • Adviser Name/s
  • Required data feed – Centuria Property Funds, Centuria Healthcare Property Funds or Centuria Life Limited (if you’re unsure, our team can assist you in determining the correct feed).

Our team will then coordinate with our registry to activate the data feed with IRESS and notify you once complete.
