You are now leaving Centuria Australia
and entering Centuria New Zealand.
When it comes to environmental, social and governance (ESG), the context in which Centuria operates is evolving rapidly. In FY24, we continued to make progress in understanding our ESG impacts, and worked to further incorporate increasingly sustainability-related factors into our business practices across our operations.
To this end, during the year we revised our sustainability framework, consolidating and clarifying our material ESG topics. We believe this refresh strengthens our ability to focus on areas where we can drive the greatest positive change. We also continued to focus on mental health initiatives that are conducive to positive employee health and wellbeing through workshops, meditation sessions, and introducing a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, Sonder, which is available across Australia and New Zealand.
Below are key highlights we achieved during FY24.

Centuria has voluntarily complied with certain aspects of the recently finalised Sustainability Reporting Standards (AASB S2) ahead of the mandatory reporting deadline by releasing a FY24 climate-related disclosure report. These disclosures are based on Centuria’s assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities against three future possible long-term climate scenarios. The report complements Centuria NZ releasing its first mandatory climate-related disclosures in July 2024.
Our 2024 Sustainability Report and Climate-related Disclosure Report were published in late October.
