Centuria advises Bathla development receives occupation certificate

Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or “Centuria”) advises that Bathla Group’s Sanctuary Quarter residential development in Rouse Hill, NSW (“Rouse Hill”) has received an Occupation Certificate.

Subject to title issuance, the project will progress through the normal settlement process for sale of units including existing pre-sales.

Centuria Bass remains focused on achieving an orderly and timely recovery of investor capital from exposures to the Bathla Group.
