It is anchored by a recently completed free standing Bunnings Warehouse, a Woolworths supermarket and BWS liquor outlet, with an attached mall containing 14 retail specialty stores, a large freestanding showroom building, and a Caltex service station.

The Centre is located in Lange WA, an outer suburb of Albany, a regional centre on the south coast of WA approximately 400 kilometres from Perth. Lange is one of the major access routes to Albany from farming regions and draws heavily on rural trade as well as local trade.
