Grant Nichols

Since 2019, Grant Nichols has led Centuria’s office real estate business, providing strategic direction and leadership over a portfolio of more than $7 billion of assets. Additionally, he oversees the Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF), which is Australia’s largest domestic pure-play office Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the ASX. COF is part of the S&P/ASX-300 Index and the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Index.

Grant has overall responsibility for the operation, performance, ESG initiatives and strategy of the REIT, which includes 23 high quality office assets worth $2.4 billion (as at 30 June 2022).

He has over 20 years of real estate funds management experience having previously managed various funds for Australian Unity and Investa Property Group.

Grant holds a Master of Applied Finance from The Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). He is also a Fellow of FINSIA.
