Centuria Healthcare is excited about the launch of our new and improved portal which goes live on 1 November 2021.

This platform will contain a full administration service environment enabling creation and generation of your tenant related requests for service, assistance in work communication on your leased premise and/or information related to change management and other more general property matters.

Your current login credentials will be transferred over to the new platform and will require a change of password on first login. Please ensure you save the link in your web browser for future ease of access.

Noting that the Cushman and Wakefield Tenant Portal will be deactivated on 16 October with a downtime period between 16-31 October during which time your specific tenant information will be transferred across to the new system.

NEW Centuria Healthcare Tenant Portal launches

So what will change and what are the benefits to me?

The Centuria Healthcare Tenant Portal will be a new clean interface, powered by MyBuildings. It will come with a host of new features and processes to house your work items in one environment. The key impact of this portal is that it will enable requests to be raised more efficiently providing higher service delivery. The new portal will enabled routine updates on work progression, including closing out work requests, such as:

  • Air conditioning requests and schedules
  • Cleaning complaints or requests
  • Carparking concerns or allocations
  • General maintenance items such as;
    • Lights not working
    • Lifts not working
    • Plumbing requests
    • Security requests

To support and improve your experiences further, a dedicated Property Services team has been established – so you can call the team to log tickets and get help via telephone.

What do I need to do for now?

Absolutely nothing. You are now up to date.
Watch out for further updates during Oct 2021 before we go live 1 November 2021.
