We are delighted to announce that Primewest has formally adopted the Centuria brand and will solely be known as Centuria.

The rebranding comes 12 months after our businesses integrated and it signifies the Group’s expansion in Western Australia in terms of assets under management (AUM) and our growing workforce. We now have a $4.2 billion WA portfolio, which account for 22% of the Group’s entire Australasian real estate AUM. The company has also significantly invested in its Perth team, growing now to over 85 personnel.

To support our expansion, Centuria has relocated to Level 27, 140 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The Investor portal where you access your investmet information remains the same for now and you will receive communications notifiying you of when this changes over to the Centuria Investor portal. In the meantime you can access the portal from the Login > Registry Login page.
