Centuria is excited about the launch of our new and improved portal which goes live on 1 November 2021.
This platform will contain a full administration service environment enabling vendors to be accurately updated on the status of the work orders raised. It will provide record safekeeping of building service agreements, service reports, insurance and other relevant documents on general services matters.
The transition period from Cushman and Wakefield’s “current portal” to Centuria’s portal is scheduled from 18-31 October 2021. This transition is considered as a blackout period. In between these dates, work orders will be coming from the assigned Facility Managers of the sites you are servicing.

NEW Centuria Healthcare’s Vendor Portal launches
The Centuria Healthcare Vendor Portal will be a new clean interface, powered by MyBuildings. It will come with a host of new features and processes to house your work items in one environment. It will have a host of new additional features including:
To support and improve your experiences further, we are putting in place a new dedicated Property Services team– so you can call the team to log tickets and get help via telephone – yes real people, coming soon!
We will also be providing new signage around the buildings for contractor onsite access.
Confirm all relevant company contacts have been informed of the update from Centuria Healthcare including service teams, managers and accounts.
Further updates will be posted as required, as we work to manage the system post-go live, which will involve user guides, instructions and help will be available along the journey.
