Office refurbishments

With seven recently completed office fit outs and eight current projects across the portfolio, Centuria is committed to ongoing building and amenity improvement.

Centuria’s latest improvements incorporate shared building facilities such as meeting and training rooms; wellness, meditation and rooftop areas; and collaboration and recreational zones.

As testimony to our understanding of the tenant’s requirements, Centuria achieved a 90% recommendation score in our Annual Tenant Survey in 2021.
