Women in property

To further broaden our diversity and inclusion practices, Centuria Capital is also a proud supporter of the 500 Women in Property initiative. This program is run by the Property Council of Australia and Centuria Capital is proud to announce that Centuria participate each year in the program.

Employee benefits

Centuria have attractive initiatives in place to ensure that our employees continue to enjoy working with us. It is important to us that we contribute to their career and personal development and be a part of their success. We offer a diverse learning platform with over 16,000 courses addressing personal, professional and leadership development, mental health, technical learning including AI and Power BI and many other offerings. We regularly offer a yearlong Centuria Leadership Program for emerging leaders and also offer courses from industry leaders including NABERS Essentials and Introduction to Green Star for front line property management roles.

Health and wellbeing

Centuria has developed a mental health and wellbeing program to support its employees. The program consists of a series of mental health workshops that emphasise the importance of being aware of mental health issues within themselves and their colleagues. Recognising the need to continually engage employees, the Group will hold regular awareness workshops covering various mental health and wellbeing themes including resiliency, nutrition, purpose and meditation. Supporting this program, the Group offers all employees access to a free, confidential counselling service as part of an independent and externally run employee assistance program.

The employee assistance program includes:

• • 24/7 access to Care Specialists and Registered Nurses for all medical and mental health concerns, under the supervision of a GP.
  • 24/7 safety support for lone and/or isolated workers alongside everyday support through safety features for in the moment support including in person support where required.
  • Access to psychological services with a focus on wellness support right through to support in crisis.
  • In app push notifications for health and safety based on users geographical location.
