The Centuria 80 Grenfell Street Fund is a single-asset, closed-ended unlisted property fund investing in a 50% freehold interest in the property located at 80 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA. This state of the art building is home to Australia’s fifth largest full service retail bank – the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

80 Grenfell Street was designed by Hassell Architects and comprises of an A-grade commercial office tower constructed in 2013. The property forms part of the Rundle Place development, which is a multi-level, mixed use complex featuring both retail and office space with car parking extending from Grenfell Street through to Rundle Mall.
