Bloomfield Medical Centre is a six storey medical building that includes a day surgery, general practice, pathology, radiology, chemist, café, Charles Sturt University and specialist medical consulting suites among its tenant mix. It is located directly opposite the Orange Health Service and adjoining the 77 bed Gosling Creek Aged Care complex and approximately five kilometres south of Orange Central Business District.

Bloomfield Medical Centre was completed in 2019 and is centrally located within a mixed use precinct surrounded by internal roads, car parking and landscaping. The precinct includes the Remington Hotel, a two storey 82 bed hotel with a 120 seat restaurant, fitness gym and 125 seat conference facility. There is also a childcare centre and retail precinct. Future planning for this precinct includes the potential to develop residential and/or seniors living accommodation.
