Joanne Dawson

Joanne joined the Centuria Capital Limited (CNI) Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in November 2023. She chairs CNI’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. She brings extensive experience across financial services, highly regulated industries and corporate transactions.

Joanne is currently a Non-Executive Director of AMA Group Limited (ASX: AMA), Pacific Current Group Limited (ASX: PAC) and PetSure (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Her previous board experience includes Bank First Ltd, PSC Insurance Group Limited (ASX: PSI), Templeton Global Growth Fund Limited (ASX: TGG) and Vision Super, where she served as an Independent Trustee Director and Chair of the Investment Committee. Joanne worked with Deloitte in both Australia and the United States within its Financial Services, Assurance and Advisory Division, including as a consultant to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. She also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Executive Wealth Strategies.

Joanne is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University.
