John Slater

John was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Centuria Capital Group (CNI) Board in May 2013. He is a member of CNI’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Prior to his current non-executive roles, John was a senior executive at KPMG Financial Services before establishing a financial advisory practice. Following the sale of that practice, he has focused on consulting activities and his non-executive roles with Centuria.

John has extensive experience across financial markets gained over more than 35 years. He has been directly involved in investments and investment governance throughout that time and serves on the Investment Committees of Centuria Life Limited and Over Fifty Guardian Friendly Society Limited.
