Nathan Guo

Head of Transactions

Nathan is Centuria Capital Group’s Head of Transactions, responsible for originating and managing property transactions across all real estate sectors. He joined Centuria in 2017 and has been directly involved in executing over $10 billion of real estate acquisitions and disposals across Australia for the group.

Nathan has over 10 years of real estate investment experience across transactions, valuations, asset management and funds management. Prior to Centuria, Nathan worked at global real estate services firm, JLL where he qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer with expertise in valuation of institutional grade office assets in Sydney CBD.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Property Economics degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
