Nick Hunt

Nick Hunt joined Centuria Capital Group as General Manager of Western Australia in July 2023 to oversee Centuria’s West Australian business, consisting of 75 personnel and a $4.4 billion real estate portfolio across 95 multi-sector assets (office, daily needs retail, large format retail, industrial and healthcare). Nick adds a breadth of experience across workplace leadership, transactions and best-in-class asset management having held similar positions with family offices and major real estate institutions 151 Property and Charter Hall.

Nick holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Property from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Business, Finance, from Edith Cowan University.
