In May 2019, Centuria announced the acquisition of a 63.06% economic interest in Heathley Limited and its property funds management platform, Heathley Asset Management Limited. Heathley Limited was subsequently renamed to Centuria Healthcare. The property was acquired in December 2014 for $45.1 million. The successful sale reflects Centuria’s proactive asset management capabilities and the current strength across the commercial transaction markets.
