On Wednesday 8 May 2024, we celebrated World Facilities Management Day, acknowledging our team of over 60 facilities managers throughout Australia who are at the coalface of our real estate platform. We rely on our FM’s expertise to ensure each of our assets is at its optimal performance and our over 2,300 customer tenants are provided with a safe workplace, place of leisure and place of industry through diligent repair and maintenance as well as compliance with health and safety standards.
