The industrial warehouse has been repurposed to suit Amazon for its last mile distribution centre. Located in the Norwest Business Park of Bella Vista the site is conveniently located with easy proximity to Old Windsor Road and the M7 Motorway.
The refurbishment works included removing existing loading docks, constructing new recessed loading docks, upgrading the infrastructure to accommodate a new substation to suit Amazon’s needs, new warehouse roller doors, altering the existing warehouse to include a breezeway and integrating new mechanical units.
The project was completed in December 2022.
