Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX: CMA) offers investors a chance to invest in commercial property via a listed property trust. CMA is Australia’s largest ASX-listed pure play office REIT (A-REIT) and is included in the S&P/ASX 300 Index. CMA owns a portfolio of 20 high quality office assets with a total value of $1.4 billion. These properties are located in key metropolitan office markets around Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide.
CMA Investment Objectives
The primary objective is for CMA to generate sustainable and quality income streams, by executing initiatives to create value across a portfolio of quality Australian office assets.
Distributions to securityholders are paid quarterly.
